[Prestige Raintree Park](https://www.prestigesraintreepark.info/) is the Prestige Group's upscale housing project in Whitefield, near ITPL. It covers 107 acres, with 82 acres of residential area and 25 acres of business space. The project is broken into three sections. Phase 1 covers 28 acres and contains 1368 luxury residences.
